## Grievance Redressal Mechanism

VSquare TV follows a transparent grievance redressal process for content we publish on www.vsquaretv.com under VSquare Digital World. Therefore, if any news or event we broadcast affects you, you may send a complaint to our authorised Grievance Officer. Moreover, we handle every complaint in line with the Code of Ethics and Broadcasting Standards (Dispute Resolution).

## How to File a Complaint

First, lodge your complaint with the person VSquare Digital World has authorised, within 7 (seven) days from the date we transmit the content. Next, describe the content clearly. Also, include the date we aired it and the reason for your concern. Before you file, please review the official Code of Ethics and Digital Media Rules, so we can assess your complaint fairly.

## What Happens Next

First, our Grievance Officer reviews your complaint. Then, he responds within the timeline that the Code of Ethics sets out. However, if our decision does not satisfy you, the grievance redressal framework lets you escalate the matter to the relevant self-regulatory body for publishers. Above all, we aim to resolve every concern fairly and to uphold responsible journalistic standards.
